Founder
I am Orlando, the founder of MRP Donor Development, and I'm also a dedicated husband and father of three. In fact, the initials in the name of our company are the initials of the first name of each of my children. My genuine passion lies in seamlessly aligning donors' values with the missions of nonprofits. This passion is perfectly illustrated in the image found in our logo.
Adopting a donor-centric approach, I have consistently demonstrated success in unlocking an organization's full fundraising potential, empowering them to create lasting, positive change. Numerous nonprofits have come to trust my expertise in cultivating meaningful connections between their missions and their supporters, fostering sustainable growth. My commitment to making a difference in the nonprofit sector is rooted in my understanding of the power of collaboration and the importance of nurturing strong relationships, both inside and outside the organization. My overall goal is to teach your team how to do the same thing on a consistent basis.

Peter Cosentino is a mission oriented professional who thrives in relational environments. Serving as a FOCUS Missionary, he has a proven history of exceeding fundraising goals and growing donor relations. With a Master's in Accounting paired with strong communication skills, Peter excels at sustaining donor relationships and driving impactful community engagement.

Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant to the Founder of MRP Donor Development, I support the day-to-day operations of a consulting organization dedicated to helping faith-based nonprofits build sustainable, relationship-centered fundraising strategies. My role includes executive and administrative support, community management, CRM administration, and operational coordination across platforms such as Google Workspace, Canva, Claude, Zoom, Mighty Networks, and Stellar Web Systems.
I enjoy creating organized systems, improving workflows, and supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that allow our team to better serve nonprofit leaders and advance their missions.
